ADVANCED ATHLETE TRAINING
This is the class where it all started. This 90-minute class has produced more champions nationwide then even we could have imagined. We have groomed all Americans in high school, colleges and up to professionals in the NFL and NBA. If you are serious and ready to dedicate yourself to become the best at your sport, then this is the athletic training class for you. SCHEDULE

CO-ED BOOTCAMP
Tired of working out and not achieving results? We are results driven! From beginners to fitness enthusiasts, this class is for you. Our co-ed classes are supervised by a certified trainer who will guide you through proper form, while motivating you to succeed. Furthermore, we'll assist your with proper nutrition. SCHEDULE

WOMEN'S BOOTCAMP
Tired of working out and not achieving results? Still trying to lose your "freshman 15 weight?" Getting ready for a wedding or getting your body back from just having a baby? From beginners to fitness enthusiasts, this class is for you. Our women's classes are supervised by a certified trainer who will guide you through proper form and nutrition, while motivating you to succeed. SCHEDULE

YOUTH TRAINING
Youth participants range in age from 9 to 13 and are those individuals who are participating in travel or school sports. Our youth training program will create a foundation of proper form in linear, lateral and multi-directional speed. Conditioning exercises makes use of body weight and medicine balls. These classes include a high level of cardio conditioning — classes are challenging, but fun. SCHEDULE

TEAM TRAINING
A very unique class with phenomenal results. This class is a must, whether as a coach you are looking to improve your teams' conditioning for an upcoming season, or want to test their physical and mental endurance.
